  1. SET PROMPT-RCPT-ALWAYS NO/yes  -  whether to prompt for CC and BCC always
  2.  
  3. With the usual NO setting, MM does not prompt for a CC and BCC address if
  4.   you type an address on the same line with SEND at the MM> prompt.
  5.  
  6. If you change it to YES, MM will always prompt for a CC and BCC, provided
  7.   the variables PROMPT-FOR-CC and PROMPT-FOR-BCC are set to YES.

  9. Example: Set to NO:    MM>send abc
  10.                         Subject:

  12.          Set to YES:   MM>send abc
  13.                         cc: def
  14.                         Subject
